Over the past 10 years, I have worked as HR and business developer in both big corporations and small startups, building great places to work, developing and caring for people and culture and providing top-notch HR & recruitment support for employees and leaders around the world.
I'm enthusiastic about #TheFutureOfWork and how that is affecting people's careers and enjoy working in agile environments where I can help businesses and the people around me grow. I'm also a puzzle gamer, efficient organizer and hobby artist.

At Nestholma we help new entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into success. Together with HR departments and outplacement companies, we help laid-off employees start a new chapter through their own business. We drive cultural transformation forward and coach employees and leaders to become more entrepreneurial and engage corporations and startups to collaborate worldwide. We organize renewal accelerators for new innovations and learnings. We are particularly good at helping the corporations become more agile and resilient and in making the collaboration actually happen.I started at Nestholma as Renewal Strategist and was after a year nominated to handle our operations and then to lead the Spain operations as CEO. The most amazing part of my job is making a difference in people's lives by coaching them from challenges towards success.
